Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using examinerhq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

examinerhq is a platform that connects student pilots with Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) and Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs). We provide a marketplace for discovery and booking, but we are not a party to any agreements between users.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

3. CFI and DPE Listings

If you list yourself as a CFI or DPE on examinerhq, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold valid FAA certificates and ratings as claimed in your profile
• All information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
• You have the necessary insurance and authorizations to provide flight instruction or examinations
• You will comply with all applicable FAA regulations and requirements

examinerhq does not verify credentials and is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings made through examinerhq are agreements between students and instructors/examiners. examinerhq facilitates these connections but is not a party to these agreements.

Pro subscription fees are billed through our payment processor, Polar. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post to examinerhq. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

The examinerhq name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE.

examinerhq is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or disputes between users. We do not verify the credentials, qualifications, or backgrounds of CFIs or DPEs listed on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXAMINERHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
